Cancellation Policy

Every appointment has an allocated time slot for the needs of each client. We do understand that you may need to change your plans from time to time, this is why we allow cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment. We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies, so that in any case you can’t make it that we have the opportunity to fit another client in.

  1. All Booking require a 40% deposit.

  2. Cancellation and rescheduling are free of charge if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment.

  3. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment via online, email, or telephone.

  4. Cancellation and rescheduling are free of charge if done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, after which we will charge a late cancellation fee of 40% which will be the full deposit. We will require a new deposit payment before making a new booking.
